The option to pay with School Funds/VA/Scholarships appears during the Payment Method step of the ordering process. Check the box to apply the funds to the order. 

If you are renting, a credit card will be requested as collateral in case the rental is returned damaged or not returned at all.

The credit card will only be charged at the time of purchase if there is an amount listed in the Total Row.

Please be aware some funds may have restrictions on what may be purchased with them. You can confirm limitations with the financial aid office. If you have an item in your cart not covered by the fund the order will not finish processing.

If you do not see your funds during the checkout process, please reach out to the financial aid department, or your contact with Veteran Affairs (depending on your type of funds).
