Making adoptions in FAST is simple.
- Visit https://link.ivytech.edu/fast. Log in using your Ivy Tech credentials.
- Select Course Search and choose the course you wish to edit. You may also use the search bar to locate a specific course or change the semester by selecting the filters underneath it.
- Select View Adoption History to view approved texts from the Textbook Selection List. Choose the appropriate adoptions for your course and select the corresponding Adopt this item button. Select Add Adoptions at the top of the Adoption History window.
- After selecting your books, if you need to apply the same textbook selections to multiple courses or sections, use the Copy All feature.
- Add any additional course comments or questions to the field at the bottom of the page—this can include noting supplemental or recommended items.
- Select Save.
